How much can prata costs?
A set of prata that consists of 2 plain prata and a bowl of curry chicken costs $4 at Makansutra. I find it a tad expensive, how about you?
Nevermind, let’s break the price down shall we?
let’s assume that there are 3 items. 1 prata, the other prata and the curry chicken.
so 1 prata would cost $1 and the curry would cost $2.
well uhh.. worth it la actually because the taste is super yummy! I’ll rate it 4 out of 5. The prata is crispy yet juicy. You don’t need to chew so much because it somehow melts in your mouth. The curry was good too. not too spicy not too bitter not to sour not too anything. It hit the correct balance.
you guys should give a try over there. Makansutra, beside the Esplanade.
Oh, allies outing was fun! you guys rock my socks luh! I still can’t get over the fact that Simon won me over a game of pool. no hard feelings though. it was a fair game. I will shine more on bowling. now waiting for dear sandra to upload photos.

the tekong experience
In my opinion, this tekong experience really widen my perceptions of life. It enchanced my life in a way or another like how colours add variety to our lives.

Oh mans, I’m already having flashbacks. It was fun and enjoyable to think of it. Even funnier when I recalls more and more vivid memories of the go abouts at tekong.

that sentence alone can make me laugh. I’ve no idea how many times my bunk mates and I shouted that at other platoon mates when they pass our bunk. Very amusing, even till now. .
there was a period of time, after a really fun snack time during the evening, that caught us off-guard and set our mood anti-climatically. though serious it seems (really is actually), we tried our best to keep ourselves entertained till at a point of time, everybody has some form of nickname.

in conclusion, tekong isn’t that bad at all!
though I miss life at tekong, i’m so pleased that I finally stepped foot on mainland and back to modern civilisation! you don’t know how joyous I was when I stepped foot out of the ferry to the jetty.
