The muted alarm

It wasn’t intentional
It wasn’t purposefully
It wasn’t planned
It wasn’t premeditated
It wasn’t calculated

It was accidental,

that I woke up not knowing why, why 7.55am and not 6.40am. It’s not like as if yesterday was friday nor tuesday. Weird weird weird.

Whilst bewildered, my right hand was scanning the bed for my cell phone. Prior, I was so flabbergasted that I forgot to set my alarm the night before I go to sleep.

“Like hello, you were so engrossed in watching Nodame Cantabile that you forgot to set the alarm. How wonderful!” I uttered.

Initially, I thought of rushing to school and maybe, just maybe be in class by 8.45am on the dot as when the facilitator submits the attendance. However, due to time wasted of thinking why I didn’t wake up when I’m supposed to and if I still want to continue sleeping and miss lesson, I didn’t turn up for class. Might as well get an X than a partial.

Thank god that there weren’t any lab sessions today. Gyaboooo! another X. So so so so so……………………. -_-”

However in the afternoon, I turned up for band and discovered that the attendance was equally bad.

and it seems that I have a lot of catching up to do. Catching up news!
